Series' Synopsis
Drama/Mystery/Thriller
Set in the sunshine state of Florida, two best friends find themselves torn between their roles as respectable daytime office workers and diabolic nighttime thugs.
Getting in trouble with a local drug cartel, they seek help from their old friend, now small-town preacher, Tobiah Graham. Unable to escape the dark past that haunts him, Graham struggles to be the godly man he wants to be, while being held back by persistent drug addiction.
Things are not made easier as the three friends reunite – history catches up and is repeated. Love, trust and friendship is put to test in a silent tug-of-war between two opposing sides that exist within each one of them.
After the series' synopsis was settled, the inspiration for the broadcast graphic package was to play with the recurring theme of duality – the stark contrasts within the characters' lives – in combination with the scene of drugs and specifically "snow".
The final lower third and ident presented above were developed in style with the title sequence (which is shown in full below).
All the assets for the motion graphics were drawn out in Illustrator, before being brought into After Effects for animation. Final edits and compilation with sound additions were made in Premiere Pro.
